At Lunae, every piece is chosen with care and intention. Because our crystals are one-of-a-kind treasures imported from Brazil, and many items are handmade or custom printed, our return policy is designed to honor both your experience and the uniqueness of each product.

Crystals & One-of-a-Kind Items

• Natural crystals, clusters, and unique mineral specimens are final sale.
• Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Jewelry, Apparel & Accessories (Print-on-Demand)

• Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging intact.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective.
