Yes — every crystal purchase includes a meaning & care card, describing its properties, suggested uses, and how to recharge it.

• Crystals: Processed and shipped from California within 1–3 business days. Each piece is carefully packaged to protect its natural beauty and energy.
  
• Other products (such as apparel, mugs, or art prints): Produced specially for you after the order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, fulfillment usually takes 3–7 business days before shipping.
  

If your order includes both crystals and made-to-order products, they may ship separately — and you’ll always receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
